Are you a Conscious Leader? When conscious leaders gather, it can feel like breathing rarefied air. We’re building a community of builders, leaders, and creators who support each other in doing meaningful work in the world. Membership helps sustain the container. First, thank you to everyone who showed up for our inaugural Conscious Connection event. 18 incredible people came, shared, and left with at least 1 meaningful connection and conversation they carried forward.
My favorite moment from the evening was when the collective voiced what it wanted from the field — expansive time to connect with the Conscious Leaders in the room to workshop issues we brought in.
I’m appreciating how that moment was a call for me to practice my own Conscious Leadership as a facilitator:
Awareness: Unmet desire in the room for deeper, more intentional connection.
Acceptance: The night isn’t fully giving the people here what they wanted. Crap. Ego is making up stories that I’m not facilitating properly.
Intentional shift: Put the ego aside on what I think needs to happen. Shut the laptop. Flow with the room.
Result: Co-created intentional breakouts with buzzy energy. Deep connection, problem-solving, people hanging out for over an hour after the event was supposed to end!
That’s the good stuff. Moments like that are why this community exists.

When conscious leaders gather, something shifts. There’s less performance and more truth. The room shifts to a place where real growth and collaboration get unlocked because we’re connecting from depth.
That’s what we’re really building here. A community of conscious leaders who support each other in building ambitious lives and meaningful work.

Authentic Anywhere exists to bring together builders, leaders, and creatives who are exploring how to build ambitious things without losing their humanity in the process.
When a room full of conscious leaders who care about truth, growth, impact, and love gathers, something special starts to happen. The space becomes:
A sangha for Conscious Leaders who don’t want to do this alone. The default energy of building is NOT this. It’s easy to get sucked into fear, scarcity, and play it small.
A place where people workshop real challenges and support each other’s growth
A place to give your gifts! We have a platform of 800+ Conscious Leaders across the nation. What we’re doing is richer and deeper if you contribute.
A network where conscious leaders learn from each other’s paths.
Members contribute by giving their gifts in all these ways. If you’re looking for something to just consume, this isn’t the offering for you. Membership is an active role, one where you’re giving your gifts to a community that deeply understands your presence and how you show up in the world. It’s awesome! 🚀

This Month’s Theme: Let ‘em Cook 🥘
We heard the feedback that you all shared:
Trust the curation of the event copy. There’s strong language in there already, and the people who show up are ready to be dropped in.
The opening circle was a strength — agreements + meditation + short intros.
Nix the exercises, or at least shorten them significantly.
More breadth. The depth was wonderful, but it felt like it came at the expense of having more conversations.
Moving forward, we’re going back to basics. Here’s the next test:
Keep the tight opening
Spacious middle to let ‘em cook 🥘
Occasional breaks to make sure we’re not dropping into the socialized self
Clear close.
We’ll probably tie in some emotional inquiry rituals in the middle, depending on what’s arising for everyone in the room.
